The licenses

Every edition leaves the maison under one of two licenses. The Personal License accompanies each acquisition; the Commercial License is arranged on request. Both are granted to you directly — neither transfers ownership of the underlying work.

Personal License

Included with every acquisition

The Personal License accompanies every edition acquired from the maison. It grants you the right to live with each work in your private world — at home, in a personal study, across the screens and frames you own.

Permitted

  • Display on your personal devices — desktop, tablet, mobile, television and digital frames
  • Private display at home, or in a personal studio or office
  • Printing the works for your own walls, framed for personal enjoyment
  • Private archival copies of the edition files

Not permitted

  • Reselling, redistributing or sharing the edition files in any form
  • Commercial use of any kind, including client work and paid settings
  • Minting the works as NFTs or use in blockchain projects
  • Editing the works to create derivative pieces for distribution

The license covers you and your household, for as long as the edition remains in your care.

Commercial License

Arranged on request, per location

The Commercial License carries the edition into professional spaces — hotels, restaurants, offices, and the projects of interior designers. It is granted per business location; write to the maison to arrange it.

Permitted

  • Display within one commercial premises — lobbies, suites, dining rooms, workspaces
  • Use by an interior designer within a single client project
  • Printing the works for display inside the licensed premises
  • Incidental appearance of the works in photography of the licensed space

Not permitted

  • Resale, sublicensing or transfer of the edition files
  • Merchandise or products for sale featuring the works
  • Minting the works as NFTs or use in blockchain projects
  • Advertising in which the work itself is the subject, without written consent

Each additional location requires its own license.
