How the maison works

Every edition is delivered digitally. Download links arrive by email within minutes of your order being confirmed, and remain available from your order page for whenever you need them again.

Nothing is shipped, so there are no delivery charges, no customs, and no waiting. If a link has not arrived within an hour, check your spam folder first — then write to us and we will restore it.

Because an edition is delivered the moment it is acquired, it cannot be returned the way a framed canvas can, and sales are generally final.

That said, we hold ourselves to the work. If your files arrive faulty, incomplete, or not as described, write to us within 14 days and we will replace them or refund you — whichever puts it right. And if something else is wrong, tell us anyway. We would rather resolve a problem than hide behind a policy.

Every acquisition includes the Personal License: the right to display the works across your own devices, print them for your own walls, and keep private copies for as long as the edition remains in your care.

For hotels, restaurants, offices and design projects, the Commercial License is granted per business location, arranged directly with the maison. Neither license permits reselling the files or minting them as NFTs.

Payment is processed securely at checkout by Shopify's payment infrastructure; the maison never sees or stores your card details. Prices are shown before you confirm, with any applicable taxes stated at checkout.

We collect only what an order requires — your name, your email, and confirmation of payment — and we use it to deliver your edition and to reply when you write to us. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it beyond the services that process your order.

Acquiring an edition creates a license between you and Maison Le Deux under the terms above and in the full license. The works remain the intellectual property of the maison; what you acquire is the enduring right to live with them.
